Main Responsibility
- Recruit new offline sales agents for B2B and B2C sales
- Increase effectiveness of sales agents through ongoing training and development programmes
- Create structured sales team management processes and tools to monitor and improve the perfomance of the teams
- Build clear reporting processes
- Work with related departments to improve the sales and customer experience
Required Skills and Qualification
- Minimum 2 years in Sale
- Minimum one year managing offline sales teams
- University degree
- Strong written communication skills in English and Kiswahili
- Strong analytical skills (Excel)
