Job Title: Intern Data Entry Clerks

The United Republic of Tanzania (URT) is a maritime State, member and signatory to the International Maritime Organization (IMO) Convention. Tanzania Shipping Agencies Corporation (TASAC) was established by the Tanzania Shipping Agencies Act No.14 of 2017 to provide for the role of maritime administration, regulate maritime sector and facilitate shipping business and carry out shipping agency business.

TASAC has three main strategies related to core functions of the Corporation, to enhance Maritime transport services in regulatory role; to improve Maritime safety, security and protection of marine environment and shipping business services.

However, the Corporation has also three strategies necessary to support and enable the Corporation to achieve its core business in order to enhance capacity to discharge mandated functions; including reducing HIV and AIDS infection, improve supportive services and enhance implementation of National Anti-Corruption Strategy.
