Transportation assistant manager

Job Description
- Local driver team working assign and management
- Daily follow up each truck transportation status and excetion case handling
- Fuel consumption management and transportation cost (cost/km/ ton) controlling
- Transportion emergency (Damage or accicdant) management in timely
- Monitor outside policy change and access internal impact and propose solution.
- Complete weekly plan for vehicles.
- Control freight
- Make sure have enough transportor to choose
- Dealing with emergency situation.
Requirements
- BA Transportation,logistics management related majors
- At least 5 years logistics working experience
- Road management rules and transportation；cost control
- Supply chain knowledge
- It is necessary to know TANZANIA transportation and road management rules and laws
- Truck spare parts price Team management
- Knows TANZANIA labor laws
