Title: Project Officer-DRSLPII Project – Internal/External Position

Role Purpose:
Under the direct supervision of Project Coordinator-DRSLPII Project, the Project Officer-DRSLPII Project is responsible for planning and timely implementation of DRSLP-II project activities through local implementing partners and service providers to empower target beneficiaries and the private/public sectors to improve better livestock health management. S/he will be closely working with the project team for reporting, networking and documentation of DRSLP-II project activities.
Contract Duration: 9 months
Location: Garowe
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Community Development, Social policy, Development Studies, Environment, and Agro-Vet from recognized University or any other related field.
Minimum of at least 3 years work experience in the INGO environment, including exposure to Field Operations in both Emergency and development programs
Conceptual understanding and practical experience of livestock health management
Sound knowledge on project management, environment, Veterinary, and Agriculture The Application will close on 10th August, 2021
